| What is the sizing like? |

Most of our clothing sizes are consistant with national standards. Although Oobi Baby generally runs a little smaller so we recommend ordering the next size up. The Ouch range runs little bigger but we still recommend ordering the normal size.

If your item is the wrong size we will offer an exchange if we have the required size in stock otherwise we can offer a store credit. Please note the item must be returned with all tags attached and in unworn condition and return postage is at the customers expense. If you have received you order and require an exchange please contact us immediately to organise a replacement size. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the store owner.

We can arrange for payment and delivery over the phone or by email. We have many payment options including cheque or direct deposit. To place an order you have the option of placing your order online and selecting bank deposit or cheque, which only requires your mailing details. Or you can contact us by phone to place an order.
